Las Brasas Salou

Serving you since 1995

Our Story

It all started in 1995, on a busy street in Salou, just steps from the sea. That's where we opened our first location, with a simple but firm idea: to honor traditional Castilian and Mediterranean cooking. Over time, that little corner on Barbastro Street became more than a restaurant. It became a meeting point. A place where guests became familiar faces, and familiar faces became part of the family. By 2016, we had outgrown that space. We moved to the heart of town to be even closer to our people and keep doing what we've always done—with even greater passion. Today, we remain true to our roots: wood-fired grills, quality ingredients, and heartfelt service. We don't follow trends; if you're here, it's because you value things done right. Welcome.

Our Meats

We work with trusted suppliers from across Spain, carefully selected for their commitment to quality, origin, and respect for the product. On our grill, you'll find dry-aged Castilian beef matured for a minimum of 30 days—key to concentrating flavor, refining texture, and elevating every bite. We also serve suckling lamb from Burgos with Castilla y León designation of origin. Its reputation is well-earned: tender, delicate, and exceptionally flavorful.
